Vienna/Munich, October 2017 – CSPs like A1, Deutsche Telekom, Liberty Global, Post Luxembourg and Swisscom, were among the participants of the Telco Summit 2017 in Vienna, gathering new insights and discussing details of new services by CreaLog.
In his keynote “Future of Human-Computer Interaction”, Dr.-Ing. Matthias Peissner from Fraunhofer IAO, Stuttgart explained why AI redefines User Interfaces and becomes the new UI. He stated that smart personal assistants will play a major role in future human-computer interaction. To support this statement, using Alexa Michael Kloos (CreaLog Managing Director) presented a live mobile credit check and top-up, check and send messages, and track down his misplaced Smartphone. Mr. Kloos also presented the new CreaLog Service Delivery Platform 7, due to be released 2018. Highlights of the new platform are the integration of Voice-First Devices, a web-based Flow Designer and enhanced speech analytics.
Robert Raab (Head of Service Network Planning at A1) shared special features of the A1 CreaLog Mobile Call Recording solution, featuring secure, encrypted recording of mobile and SMS/MMS communication for Banks, traders, brokers and insurance companies. Rocco di Tomaso (Product Manager Swisscom Enterprise) presented the CreaLog Cloud Contact Center operated by Swisscom, a location-independent and skills-based solution. CreaLog showed how the Cloud Contact Center can be extended with e-mail and web chat.
